Using this website

This website provides treatment information and links for contacting me. It has no contact form, account, checkout, newsletter sign-up, analytics or embedded booking system. Its code does not make automated decisions about you or set browser storage. You do not have to send personal information to browse the treatment pages.

Website hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, where page requests are handled by Cloudflare and involve technical information such as your IP address and the requested page, to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from information you choose to send me. See Cloudflare’s privacy information for its handling of technical data.

When you contact Adri

If you choose WhatsApp, telephone or email, I receive the contact details and information you provide so that I can respond and discuss your request. A WhatsApp message may include your profile name, number and message; an email includes your address and message. Initial enquiries should contain only contact details and a brief description of what you would like help with. Please do not send detailed medical information or treatment photographs in an initial enquiry.

The business email service is provided through Namecheap. WhatsApp and the email service handle the messages sent through their services. Their own privacy information explains their processing: WhatsApp and Namecheap.

External links

WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram links open those services only when you choose them; they are not embedded in this website. Visiting this website does not subscribe you to marketing. The external services have their own privacy and cookie information.

Client photographs and recommendations

Client result photographs are published with permission. The reviews are clients’ own words shared on Facebook. If a photograph or review identifies you and you have a question about its use, please contact me. The three homepage treatment-card images are illustrations, not photographs of my clients or evidence of treatment results.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing or request portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful use.

You can raise a data protection complaint with Adri through the contact routes above and with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Information about any separate consultation or treatment records should be provided before those details are collected.
